Nancy asks…

what is the best vacation package for a multi country vacation to europe?

I’m planning on going to Europe over the summer with my mom, and I was wondering where I could find the best deal for an all inclusive vacation to multiple countries in Europe. My preferred countries are France, Italy, Switzerland, and London/Vienna.

Yaz answers:

Italy, France, Spain, Croatia, these are few good locations for spending Vacation these months. There is a lot to see and do in Tuscany, the difficulty is really where to start. The best thing is all these places have holiday homes available for tourists.

Donald asks…

Where in the world to go on vacation?

I’ve gone to Greece, Italy, China and Hong Kong and traveled around the U.S. Took a cruise to Alaska. I’ve traveled alone and with groups. I am thinking I would like to travel with a small group on an all inclusive vacation. I was thinking about a camping safari or Egypt. I wanted other opinions from people who have traveled.

Yaz answers:

Amazon Rainforest. It takes a special person to go there. ; )

George asks…

How many Euros do you think I need?

I am going on vacation to Italy and Greece for 15 days (7.5 in Italy 6.5 in Greece and 1 for traveling) It is a tour and Airfare, hotels, transportation, and breakfast and dinner are all inclusive, except I will need to pay for lunch, souvenirs, and anything else I might want to bring home. How many Euros do you think I should bring with me?

Yaz answers:

Hi im from spain. I’ve been to italy and my parents went to athens 4 years ago. Greece is one of the cheapest countries in europe so you dont need so much money. Italy is more expensive but im sure u’ll be able to afford it. I wanna give u a piece of advice, if u r going to a bar do not stay sitting outside the bar beacuse it means a more expensive service. The most important places in Italy (at least where i was) were free. I mean i could enter to milan cathedral, venice and florence cathedrales and churches without paying.

It depends on what u r gonna do. I spent 5 euros a day in food. 15 x 5 = 75 euros in food. 50 euros in presents (i mean when i went to italy), and 20 euros in florence museum. Now it depends on u, u can buy cheaper presents or eat in the hotel. My parents almost ruined us because they were looking forward to visiting athens and watching all its monuments and going on boats through greek islands. It’s a very beautiful experience.
Gondols in Venice are expensive u pay the alone. I went with 4 friends and we payed 15 euros par person. If i were u i’d bring 400 euros but if u really want to enjoy these countries, bring even more. Good luck and bon voyage!!

John asks…

What are the best cities to travel to in Italy? Im in the planning and savings stages right now.?

I plan on going to Italy summer 2007. Are there any good vacation packages out there for a 10 day trip that goes to more than 3 cities that are all inclusive? Preferrably from north to south. I am looking for something similar to what Contiki has to offer but without an age limit. Thanks!

Yaz answers:

Praiano is on the Amalfi Coast in Southern Italy. It has not been overrun with tourist as Amalfi has, while it is still very close by. The island of Capri is not far way either, and is nice to visit. But it is great to return to a place like Praiano where you will feel comfortable and have the best views ever while getting a true Italian experience. Stay at the Hotel Tromondoro. AMAIZING. Florence is overrated, the art is good (make sure to make reservations about 6 months before you want to be there for the Uffizi gallery and the Academia). Venice is nice but the food is not nearly as good as someother places. San Gimignano is a nice medieval town in Tuscany.

Helen asks…

Need help!! Planning honeymoon, but where to go? Give me your feedback and experiences please!!!?

Ok. Getting hitched, and me and my guy always go for the vacations that end up leaving you tired when you come home… backpacking in italy or gem mining or ust alot of planning involved in trips. So we figured we were going to do a beach nearish us. We are in Pittsburgh Pa… we were thinking like Aruba or St Lucia or st Martin or any of the beaches near florida or around that area. I have googled All inclusive vacations, but they seem very pricey… Are the worth it?? Does anyone have any experience anywhere that they can share? Or should we do our own thing or rent a villa. We like the idea of not having to worry about anything, but if you go that route which all inclusive do you choose? Is there a little island gem that we are missing!? Need help please!!!!! Give me any feedback you have on your own experiences or things you may have heard including– which islands are awesome… where to stay… what to do… where to eat… all that jazz!!! Hit me up cause we are in need!!!!!
THANKS!

Yaz answers:

I have been to many of the places you mentioned. Yes All inclusive are expensive and depending on what you like to do will determine on whether or not t is worth it. We went to St Lucia with Sandals and was not impresses. You can rent a house in some places that comes with a staff if you want to be mostly alone. If you want night life to go along with it i would also suggest a cruise. You could do more than 1 place so in future you could know which you liked. Also for much less than an all inclusive at a place like Sandals you can get a suite on a cruise.
But if you decide to go to 1 island i would not suggest Aruba too flat. St Martin, St Lucia are nice Jamaica is a great island except for the people harassing you in the towns and sights.
St thomas is also good.
